Giotto Stoppino was born in Vigevano, in the district of Milan, in 1926. Adhering to a duration of work at the Studio Architetti Associati, in 1968 he establisheded his own practice focussing on the fields of architecture, style and furniture. He took part in many international exhibits, amongst which the Triennale of Milan and the Moma in The big apple with Italy, the New Domestic Landscape. He has been the chairman of ADI and of the ICSID International Congress. In his capacity as professional he additionally co-operated with significant companies in the market and was awarded prestigious prizes, amongst which 2 Golden Compasses, in 1979 and in 1991. As a result of the lectures held at Palermos university, in 1994 Stoppino published the book From the nature of materials to design, a summary of his lectures illustrated with his own illustrations.BirilloFLOOR DEVICES Waste basket, higher waste basket / umbrella stand and floor ashtray made of design polymer.
