Refunds are only applicable to items purchased where marked as in stock, these items must be returned in their original unused packaging within 7 days of purchase. You must contact us via email to arrange this. Do not return items to our London address this is an office address only, it does not have the facility to handle return parcels. We strictly do not offer returns on any bespoke or made to order items where marked as 7+ days delivery. We do however offer free replacement/repairs to damaged/faulty goods within 7 days to these items.
- Missing /damaged items must be notified to us within seven days of receipt of goods (View contact us page for details).
- Products must be returned in original packaging and unused condition.
- After we have authorized a return the product must reach us within 7 days of agreement.
- Returned products must be carefully packed as we will not be held responsible for any loss/damage whilst in transit
If damaged items are notified within seven days of receipt of goods we will arrange collection of the item at no cost to yourselves. Once repairs have been carried out we will return the product to you free of charge. After this period collection and return costs will be covered by yourselves.
