We hope that you will be happy with your purchase from Jas Boutique, however, if you are not entirely satisfied please read the guide below for further information.

RETURNS POLICY & CHARGES

Jas Boutique does not allow returns or give refunds for most purchases on our website due to the majority of items being bespoke made to order. However there are exceptions (see refund policies below.)

In Stock items

If you are not happy with the items purchased from this category, simply request a return to info@jasboutique.co.uk. Return requests must be emailed within 7 days of reciving your unwanted item. You will be responsible for return charges and must arrange for you own courier to return the item back to us.

Made to order items

All items purchased from any category excluding the in-stock category are strictly non returnable due to being specifically made to order. No refunds for these items are offered.

We do however offer free replacement/repairs to damaged/faulty goods within 7 days of receipt to these items. Please email info@jasboutique.co.uk to notify us of any damages or faults, return to/from costs in this event are completely free and arranged by Jas Boutique.

 

REFUNDS

 How long refunds take

Refunds from Jas Boutique are returned to the same bank account used to make the purchase from.

Once an item has been returned back to us and we have received it a refund will be made within 1-3 business days.

Processing time can be affected by your bank, but typically takes between 1 and 10 business days.

Jas Boutique LTD is an Irish VAT registered company. Our VAT number is IE3455132LH. The VAT % in Ireland is currently set at at 23%.

Prices displayed on jasboutique.co.uk show 2 prices: 1. Including 23% VAT and 2. Excluding 23% VAT. Please see VAT charges below to find which price is applicable to you.

 

VAT charges for customers who reside within the European Union

All customers who reside within the European Union are charged 23% VAT on their orders. This charge is applied to both the item price and the delivery price. This is a legal obligation. Please note the price on the website is  labelled as "Inc. IE VAT @ 23%" The VAT on the delivery charge is totaled within the shopping cart and is based on order weight.

 

 

VAT charges for all customers who reside outside of the European Union

All customers who reside outside of the European Union are not charged VAT.  There is no taxes applied to orders for customers outside of Europe. Please note the price on the website is  labelled as "Ex. IE VAT @ 23%" This is the item price you will pay for your order. No VAT charges are applied to you delivery costs. 

 

VAT exemption for registered European businesses 

VAT registered companies who are based within the European Union (Excluding the republic of Ireland where we are based) are expect from VAT charges. Please contact us in order to be invoiced on a 0% VAT intra-EU transaction basis. In this case 0% VAT will be made on the item cost & delivery charges.
