 RETURNS POLICY & CHARGES

Jas Boutique does not allow returns or give refunds for all purchases on our website due to all items being bespoke to clients requirements. 

 

DAMAGES

Any items which have arrived damaged should be reported to us via email within 2 weeks of receipt, please provide photos of the damage. All items that are damaged during the shipping process will be replaced free of any charges.
