RETURNS POLICY & CHARGES
Jas Boutique does not allow returns or give refunds for most purchases on our website due to the majority of items being bespoke made to order. However there are exceptions (see refund policies below.)
In Stock items
Any items purchased from the following shop categories are in stock
If you are not happy with the items purchased from this category, simply request a return to email@example.com. Return requests must be emailed within 7 days of reciving your unwanted item. You will be responsible for return charges and must arrange for you own courier to return the item back to us.

Made to order items
All items purchased from any category excluding the in-stock category are strictly non returnable due to being specifically made to order. No refunds for these items are offered.
We do however offer free replacement/repairs to damaged/faulty goods within 7 days of receipt to these items. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org to notify us of any damages or faults, return to/from costs in this event are completely free and arranged by Jas Boutique.
How long refunds take
Refunds from Jas Boutique are returned to the same bank account used to make the purchase from.
Once an item has been returned back to us and we have received it a refund will be made within 1-3 business days.
Processing time can be affected by your bank, but typically takes between 1 and 10 business days.
