Standard Returns (Non-Custom Items)

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required
  • Return requests must be made within 14 days of delivery

Please note:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable

Bespoke & Made-to-Order Items

Many of our products are made to order or customised to customer specifications.

These items are non-returnable and non-refundable unless faulty or damaged, in accordance with UK consumer regulations.


Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or develops a fault:

  • Please notify us within 14 days of delivery
  • Email us with clear photos of the issue

We will:

  • Offer a replacement or repair at no cost, or
  • Provide a refund where appropriate

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If required, please return the eligible item and place a new order.

International Returns

International returns are accepted in accordance with our standard Returns & Refunds Policy. This includes the 14-day return window and eligibility conditions outlined above.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, including any customs duties, taxes, or import fees where applicable.

Please ensure items are securely packaged and returned using a tracked service. Jas Boutique is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
